Make an Outright Gift

Gifts that come from your current assets are the most immediate way to support the current funding priorities of the Mark Twain Medical Center Foundation.

Outright gifts include:

Gifts of cash can be made in the form of a check, credit card or wire transfer. Give online

Gifts of stocks and bonds can provide you with significant tax advantages, and in many case the full market value of the security can be deducted as a charitable contribution.

A gift of real estate provides you with an immediate income tax deduction while avoiding capital gains tax on the sale of your home or other real estate.

A retained life estate allows you to designate ownership of your personal residence to the Foundation and continue to live there while taking a charitable income tax deduction.

Gifts in kind allow individuals and organizations to donate services or items of value to the Foundation.
